Dataplane access

Vespa Cloud users on paid plans have access to Vespa Cloud Support. For cases where the Vespa Team needs access to the application's data to provide support, grant access using the procedures below.

Dev environment

The dev environment is a sandbox for rapid development cycles.

Navigate to the support tab, and ALLOW the Vespa Team dataplane access:

The prod environment hosts production zones.
